Parenta Price Increase Starting From 1st March 2023 - Action Required
Our new pricing model is now based on how many registered children you have on your software.
IMPORTANT: ACTION IS REQUIRED!
A member of our team will be in touch soon to clear any outstanding debts and to put you on your new tariff.
In the meantime, if you fall into our SAPLING or TREE tier, you could reduce your new monthly amount by going through your records and changing the status to 'left' of any children who are no longer at your setting. Please ensure you do this by 28th February 2023.
A new invoice with clear instructions and payment links will be sent to you on 1st March 2023, so that you are able to pay via a card (either monthly or annually).
Please remember the deadline is 28th February 2023.
